Champagne Supernova!
Wednesday, 31 December, 2pm
Start your NYE celebrations with an afternoon of elegance and indulgence as we take you on a journey through the world’s most celebrated sparkling wine.
You’ll explore a curated flight of exceptional Champagnes, each selected for its character, craftsmanship and story. This will be accompanied by perfectly paired snacks and nibbles that keep your palate cleansed and elevate your drinks.
Option to buy a bottle of your favourite to take home for the evening's celebration!
Expert Gin Tastings
Daily at 4pm
A guided gin tasting led by our team, covering the stories behind our gins, how they’re made, and how to taste them properly. Expect a relaxed, informative session with plenty of time for questions — and a bit of fun along the way.

Taste your way through an array of premium festive drinks all perfectly paired with mouth-watering artisan British cheeses. A fun, engaging and educational tasting experience set in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12pm
Make your own gin, with the help of our team of experts. We’ve added seasonal botanicals for winter - including cranberries, orange peel and nutmeg. Yum!
You'll distill your own gin to take home - and be able to order it again.
You’ll learn lots and really understand gin-making with our famously friendly and knowledgeable York Gin Experts.
