- Start with a full York G&T on arrival (our award-winning London Dry with Fever-Tree Light Tonic, or lemonade if you prefer), followed by another perfectly served G&T during the session. .
- Enjoy a mini gin tasting to explore different botanicals and discover the flavours you love.
- Learn the art and science of gin making, including the key elements of distillation.
- Discover the flavour profiles you enjoy
- Distill your own bottle of gin (one bottle per still, maximum 2 people per still; supplement applies for 2 people).
- Optional extra: Engraved personal bottle to fill with your own bespoke gin

How it works
While you create your own gin, you'll also learn about gin's amazing legends, myths and history.
Plus you'll try a few samples on your way, and, depending on the season, harvest some plants directly from our garden or use locally harvested delicious botanicals.
